Services Offered
Intrauterine Insemination (IUI): A fertility treatment in which a sperm
is placed inside a woman’s uterus (artificial insemination) for fertilization
thus increases the chance of fertilization.
IVF (Intrauterine insemination) -
ICSI (Intracytoplasmic
Sperm Injection): It is the process
of manually combining (fertilization) an egg and sperm in a laboratory. The
embryo(s) is then transferred to the uterus.
Natural Cycle IVF- It is a process which is carried out
during woman’s natural menstrual cycle without using any fertility drugs.
Surrogacy: In cases where pregnancy is medically
impossible or risky for the intended mother, another woman agrees to carry
pregnancy in her womb for her. It is done using assisted reproductive
techniques.
Donor Eggs/Embryo: Under this process eggs from another
woman are fertilized with one’s partner’s sperm in a laboratory and after that
the resulting embryos are transferred to the uterus of intended mother.
Frozen embryo transfer: From the previous donor egg cycle
the frozen embryos are melted and then transferred back into the woman’s womb.
Treatment of Male Infertility: Infertility in male depends on the
quality and quantity of his sperms. If the number of sperms ejaculated by him
is low or is poor in quality then it will be difficult and at times impossible
to cause pregnancy. This requires medical attention.
Surgical Sperm Retrieval TESA/ PESA/
MESA: In cases where
the male partner doesn’t ejaculate sperm a small number of sperm are obtained
directly from testicles by sticking a needle into the testis.
Recurrent Miscarriages: In recurrent miscarriages, habitual
abortions or recurrent pregnancy loss (RPL) the special medical attention is
sought.
Follicular Monitoring: It is a process of sequential
ultrasonic monitoring of the ovarian follicles to distinguish the maturation
status of the eggs. It is helpful in identifying the thickness of the uterine
lining.
Previous Multiple IVF failure: Patients with previous failure of
IVF are specially taken care of here with the best of the treatment.
Fertility preservation (Egg, Semen and Embryo freezing): The eggs and semen are fertilized
together and after the fertilization they form multiple embryos. Then one
embryo with the fertilized semen and egg is transferred back to women uterus
and the rest is frozen. If by any chance 1st IVF gets failed then
the other frozen embryo can be used for the consecutive process. Individually
the eggs and semen are also frozen for future use.
