interventional Pulmonology fellowship at Metro Centre for Respiratory
Disease (Metro Hospital and Heart Institute) provides a distinctive
training for selected individual aspiring to achieve the mandatory
skills for a career in Interventional Pulmonology.
endeavor to offer the convenient balance of research, education and
clinical training and thus have designed a one year fellowship around
Course Duration: One Year full time course
Admission/Eligibility requirements for the course
Registration with Medical Council/ SMC is compulsory
MD/DNB Tuberculosis and Respiratory Diseases/ Pulmonary Medicine, DM-Pulmonary Medicine/ Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine
Method of Selection
candidate will be selected exclusively on interview basis. Interview
date will be notified to the candidate through phone/E-mail.
candidate needs to pay its Rs. 20,000/ as fees to IAB (Indian
Association of Branchology). Candidate also needs to be a member of IAB
(Indian Association of Branchology).
Selected candidate will be paid salary of a senior resident as specified by MCRD Metro Hospital Norms.
Academic sessions will start from 1stAugust of each year and will commence on 31st July of each year.
Each student will be sent for 2 weeks training for training in Lung Transplantation to Global Hospital, Chennai.

Submission of Application
Eligible candidate may send their duly completed application in the prescribed format (attached below) to MCRD, Noida before 1st July of every year.

State Medical Council/ Medical Council of India registration
Mode of exit examination-
The exit examination would be comprised of theory and practical examination.
Outsider examiner will be called for examination.
Distribution of degree will be done at annual Branchocon Conference.
