His area of clinical expertise lies in Intervention Pulmonology like Rigid Bronchoscopy, EBUS and conventional TBNA, percutaneous dilatation tracheostomy, Sleep study.
Dr. Mangla has various publications under his name and as a promising doctor, he always keeps himself updated with all the latest advancement in the field of Pulmonology. Dr Mangla is well versed with diagnosis and therapeutic measures required for Central Airway Obstruction (malignant and non-malignant). He has extensive experience in managing more than 300 patients of different types of Interstitial Lung Disease (ILD) in ‘’ILD clinic”.
He has performed more than 100 Lung Cryobiopsy, achieved by very few doctors at the international level.
He is the only Pulmonologist in North India to use Endobronchial LASER actively in its practice.
He has established the Intervention Pulmonology unit at Metro Centre for Respiratory Diseases, Metro Hospital, Noida under the guidance of Dr Deepak Talwar
