International Yoga Day
21st June is celebrated as International Yoga Day worldwide
as June 21st is the longest day of the year in the northern
hemisphere.
What is Yoga???
What yoga exactly means to you? Is it a form of exercise? Or a

The literal meaning of yoga is “Union” derived from Sanskrit language.
