Our department of nephrology and renal transplant is a well equipped unit with a dedicated team of skilled consultants and paramedical staff which offers patient the advantages of a multidisciplinary approach.

Common diseases such a diabetes, hypertension and chronic glomerulo-nephritis  can lead to permanent loss of renal functions resulting to dialysis and renal transplantation.

Preventive Nephrology

Our nephrologists guide the patient on the importance of preventive medicine. Common diseases like diabetes and hypertension are an epidemic in our society. Sadly they are often neglected, leading to the complication of renal disease. 

Therapeutic Nephrology

 The latest therapeutic approaches are followed for renal conditions by our experienced nephrologists. A multidisciplinary approaches between various departments ensures the best treatment for the patient.

FACILITIES PROVIDED

A) DIALYSIS Our Dialysis unit  is well equipped with latest computerized dialysis machine, state of art, reverse osmosis water plant to provide pure and trace element free water supply. The unit is running day and night to provide best possible treatment to the renal patients with the full supportive care by trained dialysis technician and staff. B) PERITONEAL DIALYSIS Other than haemodialysis the facility for bedside Peritoneal dialysis and Continuous ambulatory dialysis (CAPD) is also provided.

RENAL TRANSPLANT UNIT
