Pre- anesthetic Check up Clinic (P.A.C. Clinic)
We conducts a thorough pre anesthetic examination of the patient to ensure trouble free, quality anesthesia during surgery.

Operation Theater
State-of-art Operation Theaters are run by anesthesiologists with the help of trained technicians and nursing staff. Our OTs have all the facilities of invasive and non-invasive monitoring, C-Arm modern anesthesia machines and latest vaporizers facilities for administering regional anesthesia etc.

Intensive Care Unit
State-of-art, 12 bedded ICU managed by anesthesiologists along with a team of experienced specialists of medical and surgical fields. ICU is equipped with all types of modern facilities of invasive and non invasive ventilation and monitoring.

Painless deliveries and Pain Treatment

Our Pain clinics not only deal with chronic pain syndromes, but also have facilities to ensure painless deliveries on request.

Preventive Cardiology

Metro Coronary Screening (MCS)

It includes: Basic blood Screening (Blood sugar, Hemoglobin, Kidney & Liver Function Test etc.) Echo cardiography to evaluate various valves of the heart and the function of the left ventricle. Coronary angiography through left elbow to rule out any blocks in the coronary arteries of the heart. All the tests do not require any elaborate preparation, have a procedure time 10 minutes and the patient is allowed to go home in an hours time after the test.

Non Invasive Cardiology
The department is looked after by a team of highly qualified and experienced Cardiologists supported by the most sophisticated diagnostic equipments available to assess the patient's cardiac status.

Non Invasive Cardiology Lab includes 12 channel Electrocardiography, Case 15 Computerized Tread Mill (Marquette), GE Vivid 3 color Doppler with Stress Echo & Trans-esophageal Echo cardiography, Telemetry & 24 hour Holter monitoring (Marquette), Ankle brachia index for the detection of early coronary artery diseases..

Interventional Cardiology
The department consists of a team of highly qualified and skilled interventional Cardiologists, who have played pioneering role in introducing large number of Interventional techniques like Directional Arthrectomy, Slow Rotational Angloplasty, Rotablator, Coronary Stenting, Non-surgical Closure of ASD etc, for the first time in India. The department is equipped with two Cath Labs of GE & Siemens.

With several research programmes in collaboration with prestigious Universities of USA, Metro Heart Institute has already achieved a landmark, both nationally and internationally, by presenting more than 100 original research papers. It is one of the highest volume institute in the country and is providing all around services including complex angioplasties, valvuloplasties, heart hole closures in the field of both adult and paediatric interventional cardiology.

Department of Electro physiology
A team of highly trained and dedicated electrophysiologists are responsible for providing state-of-the-art services in the field of Electrophysiology. The equipments include multichannel EP recorder, Bard Duo from Bard USA, Micropace Stimulator, Boston Scientific RF ablations for the patients suffering from cardiac arrhythmia, implantation of variety of pacemakers and intra cardiac defibrillator etc.

Department of Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery
The department consists of two state-of-the-art, fully equipped operation theaters of international standards having Sarns & Stokart Shiley Heart Lung Machines, Siemens Ventilators, HP Monitoring. These are manned by well qualified staff under the leadership of highly experienced cardiac surgeons who have played pioneering role in the multi vessel beating heart surgery, open heart surgery, valve replacements, total corrective surgeries for congenital heart diseases etc. , with results matching international standards.

Intensive Care Units
The hospital has 45 bedded intensive, Coronary Care and High Dependency Units equipped with International quality life support equipments, which are manned by a trained staff round the clock.
